I paid extra for express shipping and was told I would receive my order by the 8th of February at the latest which was already pushed back from the 6th.
I did not receive my order until the 12th which is in no way express shipping.
I emailed Bershka for a refund of the shipping fee two days ago and have not received any reply or contact yet.
Very poor service very poor correspondence.
I’m a US size 4 and I wasn’t sure about the sizing since it was the first time i ordered from them, so i got pants in a size 6. They were just a bit too small and had to return them (i paid 49 for them with shipping and only got 36 back). Redordered them in a size 8 and they fit basically like the 6. Definitely would size up if thats what youre worried about! I’ll still wear them because im not taking another loss on returning them but everytime i put the pants on ill curse them for only making their sizes go up to an 8

Was worried that they would be small when they arrived but the material was surprisingly stretchy. Very cute :)
the pants are gorgeous, but for me are a little too loose in the waist and too long, but i love them
Super fast delivery, with sustainable packaging (no plastic) - the clothes quality was amazing and fit perfectly. The only fault I had was the trousers I brought were very long, so beware if you are a petite girl like me :)
Recently, my parents went to their store and bought some T-shirts and underwear. The quality at this price, which the product costs, is completely suitable. I always buy more but so that I can change. Therefore, in the summer you can safely take things. I recommend!

The jeans didn’t fit around the waist and the leg was fine. Normally not the problem as I got a 6 and I’m a size 4 so extremely surprised
Really bad experience with the BRT courier, stating that the package is delivered where I have never seen or touched the package. Emailing contact service of Bershka two times so at the end to receive that your order has been delivered. ****I have not received the package** Didn't even see the face of the courier.
hello, the accessories have arrived. I do not like the gold color very much, it is not as dark as it looks in the picture, but the other two products are nice.
2 returned articles are not refunded. I have contacted customer service several times, and all I got is "we are working on your question and we'll get back to you once we have a solution." But they never get back to me. Will never buy again at Bershka.
I order a pair of jeans that I really liked. They sent me defective one and the item is out of stock.. I am so disappointed..
